Addition of Vögtlin adds Thermal Mass Flow capability to TASI Flow platform product line

The TASI Group today announced the acquisition of Vögtlin, Instruments AG, a flow meter
manufacturing company located in Aesch, Switzerland. With this acquisition, the TASI Group adds Thermal Mass Flow instrumentation to its already broad Flow Platform product range.

Vögtlin manufactures a full range of Thermal Mass Flow meters and controllers, as well as a line of  Variable Area meters for precision gas flow measurement and mixing. They serve a diverse base of  market verticals which includes Life Science, Biotechnology, Laboratory, Process, Energy and Semiconductor.

Vögtlin Thermal Mass Flow meters utilize a unique sensor technology, which enables their meters to perform extremely high accuracy flow measurement with wide turndown ratios, while simplifying their calibration & integration.

 TASI Group completes the acquisition of Litre Meter

Addition of Litre Meter strengthens TASI Flow platform in worldwide Oil & Gas markets

The TASI Group today announced the acquisition of Litre Meter, a fluid meter manufacturing company located in North Marston, Buckinghamshire, near London England.

With this acquisition, the TASI Group adds a significant capability in low flow chemical injection flow metering technology to its Flow platform portfolio.

Litre Meter pioneered the development of the Pelton wheel flowmeter: an accurate, effective and versatile design suitable for many different fluids including acids, chemicals, fuels, water and hot fats, at both high and low flow rates. They have also developed the VFF meter for low flow and high pressure applications for the offshore industry. Their expertise in extremely low flow, high pressure applications with aggressive fluids has made them a leader in the up-stream Oil & Gas recovery industry.

“Litre Meter specializes in the design, manufacture and supply of flow meters; most of which are supplied to the Oil & Gas industry. The VFF rotary piston positive displacement is mainly used for chemical injection where its range of unique features makes it the most desirable chemical injection meter in the world.”
